Our current range of online accounting services is focused on delivering finalised financial statements and income tax returns for rental property owners - covering residential and commercial investment rental property.  As qualified tax and property accountants this includes assessing and calculating your individual rental property tax and income tax.

With Simple Rental Refunds we prepare financial statements and income tax returns in line with New Zealand tax laws.  We do not and cannot guarantee a refund as this is dependent on your particular financial/rental property situation.
