Following is a list of the various forms and files that you may require:
Excel Spreadsheet
If you are supplying us your rental property information by completing our Excel spreadsheet, please simply click on the file provided to download a copy of our Excel spreadsheet template. Immediately save a copy of our Excel spreadsheet directly to your computer, and proceed to complete our spreadsheet fully. As you proceed to complete the spreadsheet, make sure you save all changes directly to your computer. Use the one spreadsheet for all your rental properties. Within the spreadsheet, for each listed cost item, simply collate the total costs for all your rental properties. The file format is Microsoft Excel 2003.
Ensure you RIGHT-CLICK the link to the spreadsheet below and select "SAVE TARGET AS..." to save the spreadsheet to your computer.

Simple's Terms and Conditions
This is a two-page document detailing our Terms and Conditions. By signing our Engagement Letter you confirm that you understand and accept our Terms and Conditions.
New Client Engagement Letter
The Engagement Letter authorises us to:
- Complete your rental property accounts (finalised financial statements and tax returns) on your behalf.
- Link you and your related entities to our IRD agency listing.; and
- If required, to access a copy of your previous year’s rental property financial statements from your previous accountant.
Rental Property Information Header Page
If you are supplying us your rental information in the form of physical hard copy records, please print off, fill in, and put a physical completed copy in with your supplied account information. This ensures your rental property information is clearly labeled.
Rental Property Information Checklist
If you are supplying us your rental information in the form of
physical hard copy records, please print this off, complete and return
it with your physical records. Please ensure all required information
is provided for each rental property.
If sending us your information by Excel spreadsheet, the required information is already detailed within our spreadsheet.
Example of Provided Finalised Annual Accounts
This provides you with a mockup and example of the financial statements and income tax returns (with your rental income/loss) that you will receive from us when we complete your accounts.
